Hmmmm.... I'd have to say cucumber. I know it's good for me but seriously, I can't get past the way they smell.
If someone cuts one up in a room and I enter that room 10 mins later I can still smell them. Ack!
"Cucumber Perfume"??? That's..... different. A cool word too!
Perfume is something that I have become extremely sensitive to and I do my best to avoid being around women who have strong perfume on. The smell of perfume gives me an instant headache and every instinct I have tells me to move away from that person to avoid being poisoned.
I have to wonder though what would happen if a woman walked by me wearing strong perfume that smelled like pineapples, mangos, or raspberries. I wonder if my body would still react badly to it or if my body would be "tricked" into thinking it wants to be around it.
yet what if they were wearing "eu de Durian"
Have you ever heard of being a "super taster"? It's when sulfur in foods tastes VERY strong to you. In foods that most people think are very mild like cucumbers and lettuce.
My co worker's husband is a super taster and she said he can smell cucumbers from across the house. And one time he got one tiny little shred of lettuce in his taco and had to spit the entire bite out.
Wow, it's the first argument against tender greens and non-sweet fruit I've ever heard of, thanks for this one mate ;) Of course it's not so important to the vast majority of ppl, but that's always a disadvantage...
I'm just very interested in this topic, nevermind ;)
