about a week ago i started eating bananas regularly, for the past 2 months i stopped eating them after i overate on them at an eating competition with another member here for his birthday.
back to the point If my fruit shelf was stocked with all my favorites this is how it would all pan out:
First meal - Juicy either; green vegetable juice, orange juice, datorade if i'm in a rush, mango, any melon or papaya
next meals are typically 2 or 3 of the following Bananas, melon, datorade, berries, orange juice, just dates, durian, blended grape juice, mango, raw greek salad with avocado, Cold Soup
Last meal - once every 2-3 days family sized salad grab you biggest salad bowl and fill that close to the top, durian, more datorade, zucchini pasta, soup, banana frozen yogurt or monomeal something thats getting a bit ripe or i have lots of.
30 oranges (juiced)
10 kiwi fruit
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup mushroom
handful of mixed nuts
