Here is an excellent video put together by several MDs that presents compelling evidence that a low-fat vegan diet is far better for your health than a SAD diet. Among other things, they show clips of a talk by Dr. Neil Barnard. While this video does not promote a low-fat RAW vegan diet, it nevertheless provides powerful evidence in support of our diet, which is even healthier.
