I think i need less fruit at night cos i'm still building up my fitness and gaining weight on LFRV.
I have tried eating more veg/greens at night instead of lots more fruit, but have made a few disgusting combos!! so now i'm feeling frustrated.
What do you have for dinner if you are less active?
