I eat mono-meals of bananas and papaya most days :) I make smoothies after that with banana, date, frozen cherries and spinach. Then I will have a massive salad of a kilo of tomatoes diced, 2 grated carrots, a small avocado diced, a little coconut sugar and a tiny bit of Himalayan salt...all mixed up and at room temp (brings out the flavours). If I get hungry later I will have a couple Nood bars (dates, raisins, cashews etc) and another big smoothie.
