Hi guys! I am a long time vegan (vegetarian before that) and am now attempting raw 'till 4. Not quite "perfect" yet. Below is what I ate today. What did you eat today? If you were me what would you change about what I ate today?
Breakfast: A pound of grapes (plus cup of coffee-naughty me)
Lunch/Snacks: 6 or 7 oranges
Eek, and I had another big cup of coffee around 3pm which is probably why I can't sleep right now at 3am.
Dinner: HUGE bowl of gluten free penne+2 roma tomatoes. I messed up a little on this--I threw some olives in out of habit before realizing--sodium! I also put 1 teaspoon of olive oil on my pasta.
Insomnia snack: Not quite in right mind. Made blender chocolate pudding with 1 block Silken tofu+cocoa powder+stevia+real maple syrup+a splash of soy milk. Could be worse, but a little high in fat and definitely high protein.
So far mono-meals of rambutan, persimmon and banana.
Planning a green smoothie and a big bowl of chopped up tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and grated carrot. :D
Breakfast: Banana icecream made with frozen bananas, vanilla extract, peppermint drops and dates, topped with chocolate agavenectar.
Lunch: Monomeal of dates
Snack: A liter of pineapple juice
Dinner: Idk yet, will probably be potatoes/sweet potatoes or maybe pasta idk. I've been obsessed with pasta lately.
This morning I had a huge smoothie composed of 1 large green apple, 1 kiwi, 1 grated carrot, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup spinach, and 1 cup of kale.
For lunch, I had 15 small dates and a small mono-meal of bananas.
For dinner tonight, I'm starting with a huge salad of mixed greens with PBA's no-oil balsamic maple dijon dressing before I have oven-baked potato+sweet potato wedges wrapped in lettuce leaves and dipped in Freelee's sweet chili dipping sauce! Mmm, my favorite dinner by far. SO good!
breakfast: coffee with fortified almond milk
lunch: huge salad with romaine, redleaf, greenleaf, red onion, homemade hummus, tomato, orange bell pepper, walnuts
snack: 2 braeburn apples
dinner: black beans and brown rice
Hi! Today was a bad day for me too girl. I was just extra busy! bout 600 cals worth of green juice. 8 dates. 4 bananas. splash of mango juice and orange juice. bout 500 grams whole grain pasta. one can of tin tomatoes that were drained. I say not the best day because lots of juice and not enough solid fruit or greens. Dinner was great though! We all have set-backs. Keep it up and good luck! Ended about 2300 cals total.
