30 Bananas a Day!

Hi guys! I am a long time vegan (vegetarian before that) and am now attempting raw 'till 4. Not quite "perfect" yet. Below is what I ate today. What did you eat today? If you were me what would you change about what I ate today?

Breakfast: A pound of grapes (plus cup of coffee-naughty me)

Lunch/Snacks: 6 or 7 oranges 

Eek, and I had another big cup of coffee around 3pm which is probably why I can't sleep right now at 3am.

Dinner: HUGE bowl of gluten free penne+2 roma tomatoes. I messed up a little on this--I threw some olives in out of habit before realizing--sodium! I also put 1 teaspoon of olive oil on my pasta. 

Insomnia snack: Not quite in right mind. Made blender chocolate pudding with 1 block Silken tofu+cocoa powder+stevia+real maple syrup+a splash of soy milk. Could be worse, but a little high in fat and definitely high protein.

I also had coffee today haha love it. It's probably the best drug we could have :P

Seven thousand potatoes. My belly is touching the keyboard.

Breakfast: Mango, banana, blueberry, spinach, chia seed smoothie with coconut milk and cacao

Lunch: Banana and cherry ice cream with ground flax seeds

Dinner: Red lentil vegetable dahl with rice

Your day sounds good, though I'd take in more calories at breakfast and lunch so that dinner is lighter.  Kicking the bean is ridiculously tough.  I had a cheeky little 15 espresso shots a day habit up until a couple of years ago - good times!  Now though, one sip tastes beyond rank to me.  Amazing how things change.

Oops - typo.  10 shots not 15!

I've had 10 dates 6 bananas and a handful of strawberries so far :)

It's wise to note that olives are not only generally packed full of sodium, but they're basically all fat as well

strawberry-banana smoothie, 2 avocado-tomato sandwiches, 2 vegan chocolate cupcakes, a liter fresh green juice, 3 kiwis, and homemade müsli with soy yoghurt. and then I tasted papaya for the first time, and it smelled like farts and tasted disgusting. either it was totally unripe or off.. 

Breakfast smoothie: 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup pineapple, 7 kiwis, 1 cup beet greens, some stevia drops.
Snack/lunch: 4 small bananas, 4 dates. One giant pear, about 10 - 12 figs
Early Dinner: 2 cups waterchestnuts (boiled) 1 sweet potato, tomato, some lettuce and 2 cups white beans, and 1 cup green beans (the large vegetable ones)...
Thas so far, its 18:00 pm and I will probablyl have more salad, lettuce tomato celery lemon juice later...
