That veggie bowl looks so good, what are the "noodle" from? I tried spaghetti squash once and it really isn't the best but I love zucchini noodles, you should post the recipe!

Oh yeh and I ate 3 watermelon today I have one of the worst headache In my entire life, I wonder if it was from the melon, will have to try tomorrow so I decided to eat dates for my last meal as I'm scared of watermelons now :/ I have over 35melons too which sucks, I might have to freeze them, I was planning to do a watermelon island.

Sorry to hear that but Wow, I wish I could take all those yummy melons off you! :P It could be a fruit trade! Lol! Sadly though I am not in Canada..

Today so far I've had a huge cinnamon banana smoothie, and a large salad of romaine, black plums, green onion, sweet peppers, and lemon juice. It was AMAZING! Really zesty. Can't wait for dinner! I plan on making some sweet potatoes and I'll probably have a nice tomato-onion-cilantro salad before them.

35 melons? So jealous

Thanks! The noodles are from zucchini and we used about 10 so 5 large zucchinis each! We ended up needing more sauce so we used 6 mangoes, roughly 350g tomatoes, then just a sprinkle of chilli flakes and cumin!

Oh gosh I hope it isn't the melon!!! I wonder if it's some form of detox though as didn't you experience some problems with grapes but it was just because they were flushing your system?

Nope , turns out it was undigested peels, when I blended them the poop looked normal but I still had the horrible gut pain. (Gosh sorry for talking so much about poop lol but that's really a struggle of mine).


I've been on a date bender today.  The local Muslim stores are all stocked up in preparation for Ramadan, so I have a bunch of varieties in my kitchen, whoohoo!  My local grocery store got in some white-flesh nectarines...mine aren't quite ripe yet, but I broke into them today anyway & they were pretty good.  Also did some chocolate avocado pudding, which came out awesome.  I use banana whip (soft-serve banana ice cream made from frozen bananas using a masticating juicer) & pudding as treats (or meals...haha), so it's nice to have some variation.

I'm so obsessed with the donut nectarines and peaches at the moment, they are sooooo good

I had watermelon juice, lettuce tacos (filled with rice, refried black beans, guacamole, tomatoes, and summer squash), and then some grilled veggies and a fennel apple slaw. 

I wasn't able to eat a lot today, but I had a 3 banana smoothie with almond milk, spinach, cinnamon and pure vanilla extract. Then I snacked on 2 bananas (1 banana left until I'm out of fruit I bought). Ended up being out of the house a few cities over so I didn't get to eat lunch until I made it home. Snacked on a serving of pretzels. My lunch was a homemade burrito with black beans, romaine lettuce, salsa, cilantro and a wee bit of avocado. Dinner tonight will be 2 servings of rotini pasta with an organic pasta sauce and mushrooms with a baked potato on the side. 

Breakfast: 5 large bananas, 7 medjool dates, and 2 cups of black raspberries in a smoothie

Lunch: 4 cups of cherries, 25 halawi dates

Dinner: 2 cups of rice with tomato and lettuce

No exercise today, about 2500 calories! :)

I didn't eat a whole lot today. Just are when I felt hungry. Had A whole watermelon for breakfast.
a smoothie for lunch (more like juice) with 3 mangos, cinnamon & water.
Some orange juice.

4 dates before dinner. & for dinner 6 cut up boiled potatoes with a low sodium tomato sauce.
