30 Bananas a Day!

Before lifestyle I would add butter salt and pepper. I odviously know butter is not allowed on this lifestyle. *hits head* Duhh! So what can I add to baked potatoes.

Salsa!
The acidic spicy flavor is magical with the thick potato starch!

Onion, salt and garlic cause some inner irritation so I usually make mine fresh!
Here:

Mango-cilantro salsa.
-mango
-cilantro
-tomato
-fresh peppers (poblano or other mild pepper)

Yummy! tomato salsa goes so well with just about every thing!
You can even add diced cucumber, jicama or whatever you like to help add variety and change it up!

I realley enjoy Tomatos as they are great for your liver and also prevent UV damage from the sunshine in summer when you eat a lot of them.

I will use vegan butter from time to time, but not very often.  If I do it is just a couple tablespoons.  More often I just use salt and vegetables.  I also will make some no-fat brown gravy from a recipe by a you-tuber named Potato Strong.

I have recently discovered a no fat and basically no salt recipe for Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce on The Vegan Corners channel! I adapted it a little but boy is it tasty and takes no time to make!! Suss out the recipe though on the channel for the method.

40g sugar
1chilli
35g rice vinegar
70g water
And you basically put it in a pan and let simmer for like 5-10 minutes and then put it in the fridge to cool off and you have tasty sweet chilli sauce!

I also love vegetable stock powder on them. Here is the Marigold Boullion which is really low in salt but actually stills tastes salty. Add some rosemary or curry powder or chilli flakes as well and you have some delicious baked chips!!

Black beans, cilantro, tomato and corn and chipotle pepper flakes are my favorite baked potato meal. Shredded carrot, beets, garbanzo beans and lemon juice is another.

Tomatillo based green sauce (tomatillos, fire roasted hatch chiles, jalapenos, onion, garlic)
