I was wondering what your guys doing this lifestyle 100% has as body temperature when you wake up?
So taken right after you wake up without moving or anything. I know alot of people, myself included struggle with feeling cold and having lower then "normal" body temperature.
Sure but only temporary. I do both of those things everyday but that only covers 1-3 hours of the day
I typically measure 36C waking up. You're not meant to be in any other environment that isn't tropical. I got that in my head. Started to dress warm and relocated to California. Avoiding ice, melons, and citrus, but still getting plenty watery fruits in, not refridgerating them (:
would be cool to hear some of the long termers experience and their body temperature etc
