ok, I know you need to lacto-ferment the nut to reproduce same taste.. do you have experience with lacto-fermentation...? if yes, how long would it take in average to obtain similar cheese taste ? like mozzarella regular chesse

this is a weird combo, but a few years ago I discovered that blending cauliflower, red grapes, and perhaps some strong flavored tomatoes reminded me of cheese when poured over greens
