Well I'm new bbbuuutt ill tell u what I eat. I usually exercise in the morning and then I eat oatmeal with two big fruits, there are other times where I drink a smoothie ALOT of dates and water (with spices). Before lunch i also like to run or bike or even do something at home, for lunch I eat apples, bananas, dates, chose your favourite fruit or the most available one and EAT! hahah dinner my fav. I either eat rice with cooked yummy veggies, or potatoes with raw veggies, umm alot of veggies and CARBS!!! never feel hungry, feed yourself and yes u might gain weight at the beginning ( i did too) BUT STAY STRONG, because we are thriving for the longterm results!!!
I dont count calories but I just eat until I'm full! I also stopped weighing myself a lot I weigh myself like once a month thats about it really! :D
15 dates for breakfast
4-5 mangoes for lunch
dried cranberries as snack if hungry
1000g of potatoes with a soyyogurt dip or selfmade guacamole/hummus
or simple tomatosauce
10 bananas with vanilla and some ricemilk
4 Apples & dried figs
4 cups of pasta with tomato sauce
i can give you my autistic possibly unhealthy way of eating (cause it's very monotone)..
breakfast: 1kg of conference pears OR 1.2-1.5 kg of oranges (eatible portion)
lunch: sometimes 1 or 2 bananas, but always a dateorade made with 500 gram of dried deglet noor dates soaked overnight in the refrigerator in distilled water (ofcourse the soaking water also goes in the dateorade)
dinner: always lettuce; 250gram brown rice with steamed carrots and thai chili sauce OR whole wheat pizza crust (2 of them 330g) with tomato passata, bell pepper, sweet corn, mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper powder, curry powder and tomato slices on top.
(when breakfast is oranges, dinner is rice, when breakfast is pears dinner is pizza)

Breakfast: usually green smoothie with 2 cups spinach or lettuce + 5 pieces of any fruit my favourite is one pineapple with 2 cups orange juice, instead of water.
or orange juice (2 cups) + 3 or 4 cups of green seedles grapes... oh yes its amazing.
Lunch usually more fruit about 500- 600 calories and a big salad.
dinner sometimes i go fully raw, i eat more fruit and a salad with a little fat.
OR potatoes, rice, with vegetables (always cooked food with vegetables and more lettuce, or tomatoes) and sometimes i just eat whole wheat bread slices, toast them and add tomatoes and veggies. good luck, bye! (no over fats with cooked food, only with big salads on fully raw days). i go fully raw about 3 - 4 times a week and raw till 4 the ther 3 - 4 days a week.
