Started my raw lifestyle about two weeks ago. I find that I;ve gained weight but loss body fat! I don't get it.
Here is the short version of my story. I have a lung disease and at present I'm taking predinsone 20 mg. I'm wondering if this might have something to do with my weight gain. Also, I have add salt and oil to my salad (not much).
Here is my meal plan
10 bananas am 10 noon 10 pm plus salad (1head of romane, tomato) water throughout the day.
My exercise is limited to walking. I walk 30 min/day.

It's not much (5) but I'm already over weight and have lost 23 lbs since Jan. Don't want to go backwards.
Maybe offtopic.. when do people weigh themselves? as far as i'm concerned the correct way is getting a good amount of sleep, then take a crap and then weigh yourself and don't compare with any number that isn't brought up the same way.
