Freelee has literally been to the gym maybe 10 times in the last 5 years. Maybe 2kg of sprouts eaten in the last 5 years. NO protein powders lol!
Just eat well, get the sleep and train consistently based on what goals you want. Protein sales are a BIG money earner lol! Avoid getting sucked into the hype. Give it 5 years of consistent HARD yet smart training and you will be toned as on this lifestyle. Even with steroids it would still take you at least 3 years. Look how much protein society eats. Look how many people in the gym are not even toned lol! They are too fat so see any definition thats why.
Ask Freelee to do a video on the subject. Post it on her FB wall. She will do videos on any fitness topic if enough people ask.,,
Im toned cos my body fat is low. I don't train weights consistently, take any protein powders and have maybe consumed a kg of sprouts in the last 2 years. This photo is from today. Look at all the flabby PT's in the gym that will say 'oh you need your protein..'. Look at all the bloated roid heads that will say 'oh but you need your protein..'. Look at all the lean people that will be sloppy, fat, obese etc in 4-6 years that say 'oh but you need your protein..carbs make you fat...'.
That picture sure makes me want to ask Freelee about fitness ! :-o
No really, I've been Following Zuzka Light for two years, only discovered 30bad a couple months ago thanks to a post from Freelee on Zuzka's page, I'd be happy to get advices from a different point of view... I'm satisfied with my workouts but now I need to improve my diet towards 811 and I'd like to get the best of both sides.
This is exactly what i need to hear right now! I'm just going to continue with 2 lovely fruit meals and one amazing veggie salad + green juices and patiently work on losing that last bit of stubborn fat. Thank you so much Harley! I will post on Freelee's wall requesting her to do a video on weight training! ;)
