30 Bananas a Day!

I see a lot of people on here talking about weight gain with the RT4 and when I investigate they seem to be rather slim people and the issue always seems to be water retention, bloating natural fluctuations and never any more than a few pounds.

The thing I want and need to know is will it help me lose weight. Actual fatty fat weight. To be blunt I am over 20 stone maybe 340 approx. (I threw away my scales lol)  As you may be able to understand I am really scared because on the one hand I can't keep going the way I am going eating complete rubbish and fad diets.

(The recently paid a great deal of money to be told to limit my fruit to 3 pieces a day and limit certain veg because they are high in calories and to also only have 2 tablespoons of potato, rice etc. I was hungry all the time and miserable.) 

I kinda already know the answer, I guess I just need reassurance and that I haven't lost my mind.

I was told to get rid of it by the person who told me to eat only 3 pieces of fruit a day. I understand that the weight will go up and down throughout the day and that wouldn't bother me but I would rather get weighed at the doctors once every 2 weeks or something he has a far superior one and it means that I don't have to think about it and instead just enjoy my food.  

Check out the raw till 4 Facebook page, tons of people on there lose weight. The more weight they have on them the easier it comes off, the only people that usually have trouble is the ones trying to get rid of the last few vanity pounds, and even then eventually they do lose it, Just takes awhile. Hope this makes you feel better :)
And I agree with throwing out the scale, go by how your clothes fit.


Check out this women's channel. She has had great results. She is raw vegan but it is all carbs and both diets have lots of fruit.
