The other day I ate some honeydew melon for breakfast and I got extremely nauseous afterwards. It became less after I ate a few dates.
Could this because melon is not very calorie dense? In the past I never got sick eating melon but I would probably not have eaten it on a empty stomach and I did not eat melons very often
Does anyone know how to avoid this? I would like to be able to keep on eating melon! Thank you
Did you start your day immediately upon arising with a quart of water? Melon can be easy to eat too quickly, with minimal chewing. Good to take your time with it as you would more solid fare.
