There is a member on the name of "minic faustin" who i suspect is not an actual person but a bot programmed to perform hazardous activities. the fact that she sent the same message to several people, and the contents of the message itself as well as her personal description on her page are all very suspicious. I have performed a reverse search for her profile pic - using TinEye - which reveals very suspicious results:
Observe that most of the results are links to discussion forums of various sorts, dating forums or otherwise, and for the most part broken. I would advise care and would ask the necessary measures to be taken.
I would advise all members not to send an e-mail to the address given, as you would risk infecting your computer with viruses and other threats.
Thank you for your attention.
yes! HIGHLY SUSPECT!!
Thank you for the heads up, she has been suspended.
Had I seen this a few minutes ago I would not have sent her an email. I was suspicious so I looked for her member page but couldn't find one. I wanted to know what was going on so, instead of clicking the link in the email I got from her, I sent her an email from my email account. I think the only risk is from clicking a link in an email, not by sending an email to someone.
Thanks for posting this. Now I'll know that whatever reply I get, I'll just disregard it. I only found this message by searching her name in Google!
We do have a 30BaD FADs: Cyber Safety post you and others may benefit from reading. You can find it under both the 30BaD welcome wagon tour and the forum guidelines. At this point I would put the spammer's email address that you sent your email to under your spam list in your email so it will go directly to spam/junk list.
