I'm kinda worried if I'm b12 deficient although I've been taking once a week 2000 mcg of B12&b-complex (sublingual). I've got like a weird feeling in my hands and I've read that that is a b12 deficency symptom. I don't know what to do, I can't really get blood tests right now. Should I supplement everyday? I've been vegan for 6-7 months now. Do you think I'm in trouble?!?!? Thank you for reading!
I don't really know, they're like tired. Imagine that my hands were legs and they ran 30 km LOL. It just comes and go. And my feet too, they're like a bit loose. I'm on my period maybe that's why I'm feeling like this, a little bit tired and stuff. I'm keeping fat very low. Is that a problem? :S ups. I'm not American actually but that's bad.
