30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone,

my back pain is as good as gone, though I do have a few moments where the muscles there hurt. :/ However the pain in my muscles on my left thigh and left hip is still there.

From my other thread regarding this situation, I found out that some autistic people can't absorb magnesium. Because this is my first time having such long term pain, I'm not really sure if it has to do with my autism. My boyfriend thinks it could be a magnesium deficiency. If so, it would have to do with my autism because I eat fruits that have magnesium. I also want to request a blood test by my doctor.

When I was at the orthopedic praxis the orthopedic doctor wasn't there, but another kind of doctor was (I don't know the English name for it! :p ), who did have knowledge of orthopedics. With the tests that he performed on me, he meant that my muscle pains/cramps come from my hip and lower.

^^ He was such a nice person that I was even able to tell him openly and honestly about my (former) amenorrhea from my 11 years of anorexia and how that really affected my bond density AND at how this lifestyle saved my life. He seemed to respond positively and regarding my bone density, he meant it will take a while for it to go back to where it should be. Better bone density is one of my personal goals with this lifestyle. :)

Even though there are vegan magnesium supplements, none of them looked good to me because they have salt and salt is not my friend. Therefore, I'd like to know if there are any vegan magnesium creams out there (in case I am magnesium-deficient).
