Recently I decided to add in protein but keeping the fat low and doing fruit for carbs.
Immediately my workouts started going better and I saw improvement whereas before there was no improvement and i was getting frustrated, my protein source has sodium/is cooked(low) tho which I feel holds onto water weight, i'm looking to really lower my BMI and up my muscle mass fitness level. Sunwarrior has 10mg sodium per Tbsp. no fat it seems, is anyone taking it with a combination 811 does it help? does upping your protein level but keeping fat down mess up the ratios enough for imbalances to return etc... looking for people to comment who have upped their protein levels on 811 and their results thoughts etc... thankyou
