I've been vegan for quite awhile now, and I've been dabbling in HCLF veganism for 3-4 months. That being said, only 3 days ago did I make the change to RT4. Despite my feeling amazing, I have the runs. (Sorry.. lol) Did anybody else experience this while starting RT4? When/how did it go away?

Bananas, watermelon, peaches, potatoes, carrots... All HCLF plants. I *may* have tracked it down to the dates, but my digestion is going back to normal as I cut my date consumption.
Could be your food combining? Pay attention to when it happens and what you ate last before it happened. Has your problem been resolved?
Sleep, water, sugar?
I don't combine foods until after 4, but I've never had issues with that. I will try to track what I eat, thanks! (:
