I'm Morgan and I'm brand new. Just started and trying to stuff all my bananas in. I know many might complain of this at first, but I'm just trying to count my calories and do this right.
I think I'm going to have to blend them up b/c I have a lot to eat. I am celiac, have an underactive stomach and suspect a lot of effacement (villi that absorb nutrients gone). Had two c-sections, one which was complicated. (Felt a lot of the surgery up in stomach area.) Two complicated pregnancies before those c-sections (toxemia/preeclampsia).
So, basically, my tummy is quite bloated., Trying to make sure and get them all in, but ... truthfully.. really don't like bananas. (Or dates, for that matter. :/) So having trouble w/ it.
Also had a titanium implant in my mouth which I had removed that was giving me even more severe celiac symtoms (reactions to gluten and other 'foods'). I suspect the titanium as made me .. almost an overweight anorexic if this makes sense. So I feel sick a lot due to the heavy metal toxicity.
Anyone else experience heavy metal toxicity and do well on this diet? I'm trying to safe my life and my health for my two boys, 4 and 2, and am pretty desperate, but very committed to trying to get through 10 days of bananas, to start. (and continue) I was just starting w/ bananas to try and be easier on my digestion. Any other suggestions or experiences? :)
