On my 3rd day and I threw up in a garbage can at work. I have stayed to the RT4 plan, here is yesterday.
9 banana smoothie, 30 oz of coconut water, 3 tbsp coconut sugar
Organic carrot and apple juice 12 oz.
Organic acai, blueberry, pomegranate juice 32oz.
3lbs carrots; steamed
Head of lettuce
3-3.5 liters of filtered water
no outside time
7 hours sleep
Today I had 8 banana smoothie made with filtered water and coconut sugar.
Two hours later I started my monofruit lunch of apples. I had eaten three. Went to the bathroom. Came back to my office and promptly threw up the apples and water in the garbage.
I'm not too sure about this, but maybe it was the apples you ate that made you sick. Sometimes your body only wants certain foods, (kind of like a pregnant lady lol but you're not pregnant) and sometimes even healthy ideal fruit can make my belly uneasy. It just depends what is in your digestive tract already, maybe you have a lot of backup from SAD? How long have you been RT4? And Also, were you force feeding yourself the apples??
:) Best of Luck!
I was doing HCG previously to RT4 so my intestinal tract would have been rather clean. Interesting thought though. I always had an apple in the morning for breakfast, but since RT4 I have not been drawn to them and only chose them today because it was all I had. I was not force feeding, I was leisurely eating them as I did my work. I wasn't even bloated or stuffed. I will look at the SAD idea more. I definitely do not want to have that happen again and really do not want to stop RT4.
I am only on the 4th day and have had headaches each night but understood that to be a symptom of detox possibly. Drinking water like crazy and reduced my coffee to one cup from 12 x.x
Thank you for the idea!
Interesting... I have been concerned with keeping up with the suggested 2,200-2,500. It was like my body just said, "Nope! No more fruit!" I am craving soup now. Strange thing to poison your body for half your life and then try to clean it up. The first few days I felt harmony, now I feel disjointed.
Thank you for the thought, I would not have considered too much caloric intake causing issue.
