You need to eat only fruits and vegetables. Yes, that will mean alot of them. Your diabetes will be a result of too much fat, and, while eating animal products you're consuming SO much of it. Get your fat from avocados, seeds, nuts. Watch Freelees videos on youtube. Shoot for 2500-3000 cal a day, 80% of calories from carbs, 10% fat and 10% protein. Read The 80/10/10 book, it mentions diabetes.

You should defiantly go vegan. Go back to the soil, the environment. Before u do that get educated and know how sugars are ur friend and fat isn't gonna do u well! if u eat fat ill have fat stored in ur body!! We here as a community can help u! :D
I think i've read somewhere that it takes about 10 hours before fat is out of the bloodstream. After a few days/weeks you should be used to the high amounts of fruits and vegetables.
But you will probably have some detox symptoms because your digestive system will be cleaning out all the crap you used to eat.
