Hello, so I started this diet since this summer and I like delicious fruits but I have had some struggle doing this too.
Especially since this winter, I started to crave some fish and some cooked food. And recently sometimes it happened suddenly that I have no control myself eating too much cooked food one time. I felt terrible.
Even though I knew it is important to keep track how many calories I should take a day with some calculator, I didn't do it since I didn't know how to use those.
but now I got it and started to keep the track. I am 5 feet (153cm) and about 90 or more pound (41kg). so I guess I need about 1000 kcal + some extra depend on my exercise or daily lives.
I am college student and usually I studied but I try to work out (like pilatus, yoga, waking) for an hour a day.
So how many calories do I need to take according to this?
