30 Bananas a Day!

Hello, so I started this diet since this summer and I like delicious fruits but I have had some struggle doing this too.

Especially since this winter, I started to crave some fish and some cooked food. And recently sometimes it happened suddenly that I have no control myself eating too much cooked food one time. I felt terrible.

Even though I knew it is important to keep track how many calories I should take a day with some calculator, I didn't do it since I didn't know how to use those.
 but now I got it and started to keep the track. I am 5 feet (153cm) and about 90 or more pound (41kg). so I guess I need about 1000 kcal + some extra depend on my exercise or daily lives.
I am college student and usually I studied but I try to work out (like pilatus, yoga, waking) for an hour a day.
So how many calories do I need to take according to this?
Please let me know!

hun i have ed too for 12 years now, i am trying to come off tube feeding, but i have to be honest i dont think 1000 cl plus is enough at all i think we need at least 1800 cl min, and also is 41kg your healthy weight?

Thank you, spekgirl. Be honest I don't know if I am ED but sometimes I feel some symptom of that.

Why do you think ED happen? In my case, since I came to the US to study and have some stress and also after I become a vegan i guess... not so often but sometimes...
That's so hard to tell... number of calories and all that... Personnaly, I think that we need to stop counting calories which can lead to major obsessions... I would suggest to make food plans... with the help of someone, not on your own, to make sure you get enough calories... When you have a meal plan, I think it's easier... The most important thing in my case is to try to think about food the less I can... So if everything is planned, I don't ask myself a lot of questions and I try to eat what I'm suppose to... I try to eat enough, even if that means to eat steamed veggies... That's certainly better than nothing... But I would like to have a magic recipe... I struggle a lot too. Good luck !
It can be hard but thereare so many of us here who are still recovering/struggling with an ED. I still break out in a sweat when I add my breakfast to Cronometer, it's normally around 500 kcals. But there's something so lovely and natural about this diet, you really start to feel nourished.
Thank you, fruttitutti. Yeah I have ovulating so it's good. I guess that I used to do macrobiotic diet and I lost a lot of weight and then I started to crave eating more. I guess my body really want food now..
I try not to afraid to eat a lot of fruits no matter how much calories are and do exercise, I guess.

Thank you for replying. Yeah, actyually what you just told me is what I learned form this cite when I was readign about some "overeating" forum. Becuase of some books that I read about eating with little calories actually make yoru immune system stronger and I have been trying to cut my calories ot be healthier. However, I felt lack of energy and I used to love to work out but I started not to feel like exercising anymore. I guess I was taking less calories than I need.

After counting my calories and eat a lot of fruits actually I started to feel like moving and be active! Felt so good but I tryied to keep my calories under 1500. I guess I can take even more.
cause you know then I crave some cooked food and they are much higher calories so...

Thanks for the advice, I will try to get more calories from fruits and do exercise!
