I'm interested in TRX!
The local YMCA has classes for TRX but I don't really have the right schedule to go there. I'm sure there are people here who have one and I wanted some opinions about it if I'm going to arrange time for myself to sign up for a class.
Also, has anyone simply made their own kind of TRX or resistance-type thing using Pilates stretch bands or some other material? If so, what did you use and where did you get the materials? $200 seems pricey for elastic bands with handles. Is that all the more the equipment is made out of?
