I was very reluctant to start this post but i figured i have no one else to talk to about these worries, so yeah...
Today i'm 4 months 100% 811 raw i'm very happy about this, i feel that this is the best for my body....On to the troubles in the last month or so I've gained weight i just thought well this is normal a lot of people experience this so it's fine....i actually gained 7 kilos(was 54k and 61-60k) i'm between 162-164 cm tall (i grew a bit taller) and i'm a 22 year old female I've noticed that my breasts grew and my hips are wider, i have more orange peel skin than i did before(basically all over my body now) and i look overall bulkier which i try to focus on the fact that it is transitional,
this past week though its been hard to shake it off, it has really started to trouble me i'm the heaviest i've been in my life and i've never looked so wide and bulky it's not quite fat gain because my body is not flabby but it doesn't look toned either it's just weird, i just feel very ugly right now and embarrassed to go to the beach i feel that i look ridiculous in a bikini. Before i was relatively fit and never had any kind of belly fat, and always had a flat belly(but other health problems that i don't have now :D) i didn't restrict calories at least consciously because i didn't count them or even cared about that, i just practiced sports and never really payed attention to what i was eating i was vegetarian for most of the time.
I can't help but to think that maybe something is wrong with me, maybe i'm doing something wrong, or maybe i'll grow a bit taller and this is some kind of growth spur(considering people say we grow until 25). I eat 2500 calories a day sometimes a bit more sometimes a bit less i was consuming a bit more fat last month but still lower than 10% and i'm now eating very low fat because i'm not craving them, i also try to drink 2 liters of water, i try to eat a salad everyday but someday i skip it :/ maybe i need more greens? my workout is very uhh....squats basically could it be lack of more exercise or the type of exercise? is this detox?
Has anybody experienced this before?
Thank you :)
<UPDATE>26.6.12< Alright it's been awhile since i posted this, and i have good news :) my body has slowly and i mean SLOWLY started to decrease in volume in these past 2/3 weeks. The secret? well i didn't change anything i did get lots of sun that was it the rest was the same just eating a bit more and drinking not that much exercise(i'm increasing it now though).
(I'm not deleting this thread in case someone in the same situation stumbles upon it :))
