Hmm, pretty much the direct opposite of the truth for each reason lol

I read some of the comments on this article.. but I had to stop. So many people just feeding off this article to fuel their ignorant and wrong opinions

This also makes me think of.. I went to an event recently. Someone said to me "what are you a vegetarian?" and said "no, vegan" Their first questions were "why, do you have a reason? Like an allergy?" and "Are you supplementing properly?" :/ I don't even like getting questions anymore lol but then when I see an article like this .. This is why we all get all these stupid questions.

MD student who wrote article, not the picture of health, he must be eating a vegan diet, I guess he just can't stay on the meat wagon ;)

most people want to believe good things about bad habits

most people just want to continue to eat death and rationalize why its ok

Just remember this: "those convinced against their will, truly believe the same things, still!"

There's no arguing with people who rationalize.

Further, he debunks vegetarianism by saying so many essential nutrients are in animal foods, ignoring the fact most vegetarians eat eggs and dairy and would be getting plenty of his "essential nutrients".  Even if we accept his flawed assertions, his arguments still contradict one another.

I could walk the line here ignore what I know and what i've read to the contrary of this article and say well maybe steak once a week aint so bad. and that animal product once a week would probably give you whatever you might be missing if our missing anything like that at all to begin with.

but ask me to shovel in 55% of my calories from animal flesh like the paleo people advocate? I dunno. I know for one thing my running would suffer tremendously how do i know? cause i've done that before it didnt work so well!

I saw a video I think it was one of freelees they had the doc pulling cholesterol out of a guys artery not hanks that author can mow down all the meat they want and get there arteries scraped out have fun with that. I'll go back to my rabbit food thanks.
