30 Bananas a Day!

Does anyone else get stains on their teeth from eating greens. Buy the time I go to my yearly dentist checkup my teeth are really stained, they scrape the stains of with some tool and my teeth look nice, but within weeks I notice my teeth turning yellowy again. Finally last winter I was so embarrassed I took a darning needle and scraped the stains off, it took a while but it worked, now I do this frequently, usually with m fingernail but sometimes the needle too. I can't imagine it's got for my tooth enamel

I have read and asked professionals and read some more and finally have decided that brushing and flossing every 4 hours is ideal.  Using a very soft tooth brush daily and a hard one once a week is ideal.  A motorized brush is okay too but not necessary imo. And using a water pic with ozonated water is ideal.  This would replace a need for bad bacteria killing mouth wash.  I wonder if this routine would help with your situation.

Our dental health is not as good as previous generations probably due to our gut bacteria being so out of wack from lack of proper nutrition.  There is one bacteria that every healthy human gut in the world is supposed to have that is in danger of becoming extinct!  So this is why we must now keep our teeth brushed and flossed etc.

Interesting, do you recommend normal toothpaste? I tried making my own tooth paste for a while as well as an all nateral fluoride free one, but switched back to normal when I started getting sensitivity.
As for the stained I'm pretty sure it's the greens because I stopped eatting them for a while after my cleaning last year and my teeth stayed white, butwhen I started eating large amounts of spinich/lettuse/celery again, the stains came back.

This Huggins advocated dentist has a good website for reading up: http://www.mymercuryfreedentist.com/new/message-from-dr-gallo/

I think if you can live with stained teeth that the greens may be a good thing for remineralizing the teeth.  I do not use tooth paste except a powder with baking soda once a month.  There are some remineralizing pastes  that are vegan you could try for sensitivity.  I would try different things and see what works for you but look up the ingredients and make sure you are not using anything bad.  I remember reading about someone doing a Gerson protocol to heal her cancer and was doing everything right except using fluoride toothpaste and her cancer was not healing. Then Gerson told her to stop the toothpaste and she did and then started seeing results of her cancer going away.

Now you can't be vegan 'cause... Mineral levels in plants are depleted. LifeRegenerator lacks sense

LifeRegenerator appears on RawKristina's video and repeats what an anti-vegan told me days before... that mineral levels in plant foods have depleted by 85 percent
