30 Bananas a Day!

I was reading this article cause ive heard that some vitamins can be toxic if you get to much of them  ... http://www.thedietchannel.com/Can-Large-Doses-Of-Vitamins-Harm-Your...

 

Every day the cron-o-meter shows that im getting about 1000-1800% of my recomented A vitamin need, 19353IU is 100% of the recommented intake, and another example is my B6 ... 5.9mg is the is 100% for a day and im getting about 450% today. Sometimes my vitamin K goes up high like this.

Do i need to worry about these vitamin intakes? should i be checking this at all on this diet?

What are you eating to get so much Vitamin A?

I have to make sure to eat 300 + grams of carrots every day or I'm not hitting 100%.  And that's with my requirment set at 7456.8 IU.

Im not eating any carrots, im not in the mood for them right now, what im eating every day
Bananas
Dates
Zucchini
lettuce (iceberg,romain)
Tomato
Sundried tomatoes
Some other fruits like oranges, pears, apples,grapefruit

But i think this day i got so much vitamin A from purple Cabbage :) i juiced it ! about a 160grams
And i also juiced a sweet potato =) not much though.
 And my vitamin A is always exploding :D

Looks like you're getting it from the romaine and sweet potato.  :)  All that other stuff is pretty low in vitamin A, even the cabbage.

 

 

 

haha well put... excess is crapped out :P hahaha!
