I saw a talk from Tim on Sunday and he was an excellent speaker. The interesting thing to me is his diet, Harley and Tim have very different diets as far as caloric intake is concerned but both seem to be in the best shape of their lives. Tim says he currently consumes 2500 calories a day and runs around 100 miles a week. Tim also says that he gets his b12 from dirty farmland air and unwashed produce and that his blood tests show sufficient levels of b12.
Growing our own food is great but not an immediate reality for 99% of people lol!

Tim has too much muscle as a runner but his clean diet and positive mindset help him be an elite runner. Tim could go faster for sure if he ditch the muscle. Tim looks too much like a male sports model. The saying is 'to beat the kenyans, you gotta look like one!' lol!
