Maybe Tim Van Orden lives on air or light-energy to become an elite athlete on starvation mode calorie intake. Its impossible to even maintain some fitness on 1500 calories a day. And he talks about doing elite training on 1500 calories a day.
Is Tim Van Orden a miracle man? Is Tim Van Orden a breatharian?

"How would you describe your training program?
I run 6 days a week. Mileage per week is between 45 and 65 miles. The vast majority of my runs (unless mountain trail) are done at a 6:40 to 7:10 pace. Twice a week I'll do a hard run; one being uphill for 20 minutes to an hour, and the other being a "flat" road race at a 5:00 to 5:20 pace. I also incorporate some form of leg strength and leg strength endurance 3 times a week, i.e. stationary bike, elliptical machine, squats, lunges, stairmaster. For the leg strength endurance, I'll engage in an activity at a barely sustainable pace for 15:00 to 25:00 – this simulates the leg burn experienced in a stair climb race."
Running 65 miles a week on 1500 calories a day? Thats insane, Thats impossible.
For me their are only 2 options:
1.Tim Van orden is a breatharian.I dont think thats true.
2. Tim Van Orden doesnt tell the truth about his caloric intake. I dont think thats true either.

He was @ fruit fest and said that because he eats such nutrient dense foods like kale and blueberries in his smoothies he doesn't eat as much calories as a lot of people.
@ fruit fest he only had a 3 banana/2 date smoothie in the morning with LOTS of greens and then snacked on a few fruits (maybe 1,000 cals worth) throughout the day then have a MASSSSSSIVE green salad with 2 or 3 avocados @ night before bed
He specifically said that has a different viewpoint on calories than harley does lol
Interesting. He likes the high fat thing and fills upp his stomach with fiber from the vegetables to not feel hungry. He's VERY skinny from the latest videos I have seen him.
I would like to as a very fair question.. Who does NOT get depressed from time to time?

He descibed his depression as "being so depressed I couldn't get out of bed" (paraphrased).
I've never experienced that. But I definitely get sad from time to time.
There's a big difference between depression and sadness.
I suffered massive, overwhelming depression in my teens, 'till I was 17.
I have not had depression since, and it is weird. I am the guy that everyone thinks is a "cokehead" day and night, high energy and unrealistic optimist.
So, 40 years without depression--I have had low times for an hour or two--usually sugar induced--but not in the last 10 years. During those rare depressions (probably mild, nothing to compare them to) I have found them to be very enjoyable, a time to be reflective. Kinda gives me insight why "Blues" music can be enjoyable--for a moment or two.
When describing myself, I found that "Manic-Manic"--perpetually--seems to fit peoples view of me.
I am starting to settle a little, but I hope to never lose the ZEST for life.
I "hate" being described as an "old soul"--though truthfully I do not know what it means--my biggest fear in life is that "I'm ready for the next level" and may not return to this plane of existence.

Thats probably 2500-3000 right there? 2 avos maybe 400 cals? in his green smodi video he put 2 tblspoons of hemp seeds in, flaxseeds(smal amount) dates, one-two bananas.. I mean, come on, 1500 cals on snacking "a few fruits" .... and running around all day. Fine, maybe he doesn't eat 4000 cals worth of bananas but .. said he was a moderate oil user too.
