This coming Tuesday will be my third week raw. I have been feeling great ever since i started and have been really enjoying it. I have always really enjoyed just eating fruit and my mum is a great influence because she is also LFRV although we never label ourselves but thats just how we eat.
This past week i have been feeling really light-headed and everytime i stand up i get very dizzy. Has anyone else ever experienced this, or does anyone know what its from. It cant be my blood sugar levels because i eat stacks and stacks of fruit and i really mean that. I have been having 2500 to 3000 calories lately and i do train a lot (although this past week has been more of a recovery week), i have been eating at the most 20 bananas a day (along with other things) and im not even doing this banana island thing. Im trying to cut my calories down to 2000 to 2500 because i do have a fair bit of weight to lose although i dont want to restrict myself too much. I dont know...what are your thoughts??
Also by about 2 or 3pm i become a little unsatisfied and irritable....like i have a cooked craving or something, i cant really pin-point it out but its like i want some cooked chicken or.....i dont know i suppose it is a cooked craving then. But im not really hungry. Bananas and dates have been my life saviour at night with my family eating cooked around me. I always feel great after having a big banana date smoothie.
Also my skin has been terrible these past couple of days (my skin is usually really good) and i have even been getting lots of pimples on my back and sweat pimples to, but im guessing thats just my body detoxing since im so new to this diet.
I would love to know your thoughts...answers...opinions :)
