Work outs are decent, wouldn't recommend the diet though.
i love beach body programs, i have INSANITY and Chalean extreme, do whatever you feel you want to do!
P90X is one of the best workouts - EVER! :) If you follow the workout plan and eat HCRV, you will see spectacular results! I was vegetarian when I started P90X (approx 155 lbs) then weight went down to 142 lbs. When I started eating more HCRV and consistently did Insanity/ Brazillian Butt Lift -- I lost 16 lbs (in a span of 3 months). Still work in progress -- but those workouts are amazing :)
im half way through and love it! threw out the diet plan of course! but have built muscle for sure! p.s. its not as intense/scary as people make it out to be.

But contrarily to P90X and like 80/10/10 it's a lifestyle thing, not something you'll do for 3 months and then get back to your bad habits.
slow and steady for what ever you chose fitness takes time and you want to enjoy the time
i find on this diet under training works best for me i am getting amazing results with less working out
i lift i jog i row a machine all done moderately the fat has been disappearing and muscles can show do not need so much muscle to be fit
best thing is to go to sleep early for fitness and release of natural HGH
P90X is a good program. I'm sure you'll build all the muscle you want and then more. It seems everyone has a different suggestion as to what to do. If you are excited about P90X, then do it and do it regularly until it is a lifestyle!
I used to go there but followed Zuzana when she left.
