30 Bananas a Day!

Hello there, I was just wondering if products such as cream of wheat and coco wheat are allowed on the starch solution? I am unsure, if they are processed or not. 

ingredients in cream of wheat:

 Wheat Farina, Wheat Bran And Germ, Defatted Wheat Germ, Disodium Phosphate (For Quick Cooking). Vitamins And Minerals: Calcium Carbonate, Ferric Phosphate (Source Of Iron),Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2),Folic Acid.

ingredients in coco wheat:

wheat farina, coco natural and artificial flavour

Although I know not a popular opinion, I agree that a starch based diet is not the solution for long term health.  Emergency foods sure.  Keep up the calories and energy.  But long term, not healthy.  

Just like an animal based diet might cause problems such as being high in cholesterol, not all plant foods are our friends.  Potatoes high in solanine which is a neurotoxin and oxalate acid, some starchy foods and grains high in oxalate acid and phytates for example.

It's fine, but oatmeal (usually) or grape-nuts (such as Ezekiel cereal, I like the raisin one) would be better in general.

But hey, it's not terrible or anything, it's fine, if you want it for breakfast every morning it should be fine. I don't like anything but fruit for breakfast though, personally.
