So before i tell you all of my expiance with nutritionist let me fill you in on the last month or so:
Jan 1ish: working threw post- holiday detox and feeling fine
jan 2- to about 9th: thriving on a fully raw unmoderated fat type diet
mid Jan: Extreme Fat restriction and failed attempt at 80/10/10( i was doing it all wrong)
All hell breaking lose( let me elaborate).
As some of you my know i have severe anxiety, and because of that i had a very dark night a few weeks ago which(Thank god) ended in me calling a suiside hotline.
Late Jan- adding more seeds and nutritional yeast into my diet to achieve perfect %10 and incredibly happy ( mid jan i was getting maybe 5-4% fat)
End of jan- the Nutritionist meeting
And now What my Nutritionist :
During late jan i was eating 10% and feeling AMAZING and my anxiety was slowly calming down
But heres just the first thing my nutritionist told me: Double your fat, Peanut butter, Tons of nuts, all that junk and said i quote " fat is your hero". Next she told me to double my protein to get about 90g a day ( who needs that much??) also and lastly She told me that i was eating to much suger and i should try to limt my smoothies (which she also disapproved of because consuming that much liquid would 'impure me socially ") to 2 bananas, to stop drinking orange juice and eating dates.
so i tried this reluctantly for 3 days and basically felt like vomiting 24/7, my anxiety came back in a big panic attack and i cant even begin to tell you about the bloat..
so i've been back on my proper 80/10/10 diet for 2 days now and i feel SO much better its amazing im still trying to work off the bloat and manage my mother response to the meeting which was to start pumping me with fat fat fat.
This months little experiences really shows how quickly your body reacts to the things you put in and now i cant even explain how happy i am back on a diet i love.
