30 Bananas a Day!

what is 30 bad take on MORINGA OLEIFERA?

is it considered a superfood?

or would it rather be in the gategory of wild greens?

i'm unable to load the video of it here, but it's easy to google up.

all the people from Chana,Cameroon and Benin that i've met (most of central african countries) have been raving about it and i don't think it's well known outside the tropics although i see that the 'some concerned sustainable earth people' are planting it in a big way here in south africa, where lot of people are still poor and hungry.

what other large trees are there that you can eat the leaves as a salad?

I can't answer the question. but that sounds delicious + convenient! O.O

Raini,it said somewhere that MORINGA OLEIFERA is the earths' richest single source of nutrients??????

i hope someone here has all the knowledge about its true qualities as source of food

as we know the optimal food here on 30 bad(fruits and tender green leaves)

Moringa is a very healthy green. It can be considered a wild green because it grows in a lot of places and can qualify as an invasive species if not taken care of. Here in Florida, a lot of people are growing moringa trees in their yard for daily consumption and also the fact that people are interested in it! Too much consumption though and your body will start to have an aversion for it. A lot of people dry it and put a little bit in salad or make some tea out of it. The statistics on moringa are through the roof! A lot of health benefits and sooner or later if people can't keep it under control it WILL be on the invasive species list because of the way it grows and spreads. I myself consider it a superfood. I once heard an individual who is involved in permaculture give a speech on moringa and I couldn't keep up with all the benefits. Mother nature is so beautiful.

yes it's def a plant that beats the benefits of use of anything else that i've ever heard of,even soy bean

and it's a green and if the young, tender leaves only are used in moderate quantities, could be perhaps considered just that instead of superfood.anyway they do use it in africa a lot and those people are hot-healthy looking.

the invading aspect just shows to me it's vigor. After all if one cares even a bit for ones garden, one can always lop off the overspread.otherwise let it become a jungle and build a tree house in it.

i have a hunch that it would be good somehow for petfood purposes, but of course it's just a guess and a wish as i would be over the moon to find reliable vegan catfood (rasonably priced).
