Hey.. I'm wondering if anyone can help guide me in the right direction. I have IBS and even eating good vegan food (high carb) it hasn't gone away in 1.5 years. I also have edema even though I regularly exercise.
This affects my stomach, I would like a flatter tummy/smaller waist but I just can't seem to get it. My stomach from the front seems fine, but from the side it comes out farther than I want it to, I know it's not fat because it's not like saggy, it just looks full, like bloat/undigested foods. It's very frustrating.
As for my edema, my legs (thighs) get bloated very quickly. With walking, biking, most exercises actually. It's painful and uncomfortable and it's noticable for sure.
I don't even know how I would look without these problems but I'm sure a lot better, so any help would be great as I've been in a plateau for far too long.
