Been MIA from 30BaD for a little while now, but I'm back - and I'm here with a challenge for the month of JUNE!I've made a few review videos on some fitness trackers, including the VivoSmart HR, and now I want to launch into something that will actually create some change in our lives.
As I've had my Garmin for the past few months and have actual data to show my daily activity levels, I'm a little embarassed to see how little I move my body on a daily basis, so I have created the 10,000 Steps A Day CHALLENGE.
This is the bare minimum that we, as humans, should be hitting on a daily basis... and if I'm not getting there as a girl who thought she was moderately active, chances are many of you aren't hitting that target either.
If you don't have a fitness tracker, you can pick up a pedometer from just about any store that has basic wellness devices for about $20.
