Well this is my first official discussion, so here it goes.....Okay my monthly's have always been a hard time for me....I get really moody, really hungry and bad headaches. My partner has cooked a beautiful meal for my children and I can't help but have a couple of mouth fulls of the veges:).... I just want to ask anyone who could give me some helpful ideas or suggestions as to how I can prepare myself for this, lovely monthly friend of mine:)....I am open to any advice and would greatly appreciate it....Thank you all very muchly:)

I think you're lovely friend will get lovelier =) Like FruitBat22 sad, eat and sleep and be kind to yourself. I used to be exhausted during my period and it lasted for a week or a week and a half. Nowadays I bleed for like two days and I can go on like any other day.
Thank you Jessi, yes I tend to be a bit hard on myself, its just been a vicious cycle for me all my life and I want to make sure that I stick to this lifestyle.....Thank you again for your advice, this community is my inspiration and motivation everyday...
