I've recently (about a month) switched my toothpaste from a normal store brand to a flouride/bleach free Tooth Powder by Ecodent. *Which is this* I love the way that my teeth feel after brushing, but lately I've noticing that my teeth are getting yellower! This is causing some self esteem issues. :( Right now I'm only brushing once at night,(flossing after meals as well as doing the swish and spit with water ) should I also brush in the morning before any food? What is it that actually makes teeth go yellow, and what does 30bad suggest that I do?! I've heard about the strawberry trick, that had never worked on me.
PLEASE, my teeth need you guys!
Too much of brush is not going to work out. Few food and drinks which we probably get to consume in our daily life are the worst culprits for making your teeth go yellow. Black Tea, Cola, Soda and Sports Drinks, Sugary Sweets, Curry and Other Sauces, Fruit Juices, Conditments are the some among them. One of the recommended option is to get a teeth whitening. I underwent the teeth whitening procedure from a Dentistry clinic in Burlington. I think this is the fastest way to quickly turn your teeth more white. Rather than trying home remedies, I would recommend you to go for a teeth whitening procedure.
