I have a problem with stiff joints and occasionally creaky bones. I do a lot of yoga and feel from one day to the next my joints have stiffened up again and my bones are always cracking in class. I have cut out tomatoes in the last week and have been experiencing a bit of detox (been lfrv for a year now) after having eaten huge quantities of them everyday since i started this lifestyle. What i would like to know is if anyone has experienced any detox from nightshades, if this stiffness has anything to do with the high tomato intake, and which fruits and veggies would be good to consume to lubricate the joints. I should mention that I have had stiff joints for a while but since increasing the yoga activity my joints feel really sore. Thanks for the insights.
