So I stopped eating mostly raw for about a month or two because money has been so tight. I don't know why I'm surprised, but my diet change has negatively affected my mood. I'm frustrated after meals because I feel tired and weighed down. I really want to get back to the pure energy and good vibes I felt while I was eating mostly raw.
Does anyone have some good shopping lists, tips, or favorite meals for someone with a tight budget?
