I've always been a little weak in the knees ;) (haha) I am wondering if doing squats will help strengthen them. Even jogging or jumping has always caused severe sharp pains behind my kneecaps. I would love to start running, but when my knees give out within the third step or stride, it seems as if that can never happen. It almost feels like my kneecap becomes disjointed, and like there is an electric prod shooting zaps of pain through my knee.
My fysio told me to start it this week for my knees, maxim bend not below 90 degrees.
