Hi my fruity friends. My days are so busy it's unbelieveable. But still love to come here and decompress and get motivated to move. I literally have about 15 minutes per day for exercise. The last 2 days I walked up my half my hill and ran down it. Also trying to do 20 jumping jacks every time I go to the bathroom, which as fellow fruities, you know is a lot. Snow shoveling will be coming soon.....doing good thought, joy is back in my heart and every day is fresh and fun.

At a type of fitness expo, took 3 consecutive mini classes for about an hour and a half.  First Zumba, then cardio/strength intervals, and finally Turbo Kick.  Fun testing the coordination components

First full year 100% vegan and feeling the gains constantly! Never felt this strong, flexible, quick and mentally sound with my body!
