Not so yay! Job requires extensive criminal background check... Not good for me. Takes a while according to other therapist if u have a criminal record. I was up front about it before I got fingerprinted and they told me no worries. As long as my PT license is in good standing I'm ok.... So have to wait for results to come... Could take another week. Staying home no spending money for me....

So I am officially unemployed!

TOday did that Ali Marathon yoga then ran 4.7 miles 10:42 pace easy pace

What you all have planned for the weekend?


Today was ragnar training day.

Run 1 :9 am 3.3 miles 11:34 pace 553 ft climbed trail/street

run 2:430pm 486 ft 11:00 pace 3 miles

run 3: 7pm 10:59 pace 3 miles 484 ft

Finished the day with tara yoga..i love her voice

oops, I thought you were eager to get out of that job.  Though I can see how it's scary without having something else ready to go in the wings.  If this new position is the right one, I hope it opens easily for you.

Some personal improvement to day with a gymnastics clinic covering muscle up drills, various pull-up progressions, and handstand practice.  

Recovery day for me after 22 miles of running this week

in 9:36, also a PR

playground workout:
handstand and HS walking practice
odd: 10 strict P-bar dips
even: 1 ascent on a 14 ft. ish angled pole
was down to single reps on the dips at the end, but got through it

not one on which I load personal material at this time.  But keep checking, and you never know :)

Hello, today I did 100 jumping jacks (2x50), brisk walk for 20 min, 10 sun poses, carried my 60 lb kid across the living room for strength training:)
