Yoga : "airplanes" focusing on shoulders/arms at different angles with different asanas. Yay today was able to pop into forearm scorpion and hold for 10 seconds. :)
Then joined the Luna Chix for "Sierra Madre" ride 800 ft climb 15.3 miles I am back in B group as my legs are sore as heck today
Oh yeah here's my countdown: 2 months 5 days 8 hours from Marathon day eeeek!

another 52 mile bike ride. Was acting too confident at this one cross walk and ended up falling with the bike on my side because I couldn't click out in time... I was distracted by this car that was bumping tunes, I did hit the cross walk button as I was going down though.. which means I saved the day from total destruction :D!!!
I also notice my cardiovascular fitness improving. If only there weren't so many cars shitting up the air quality
Orion! I almost fell yesterday on my bike bc I clipped out on different side than my normal...luckily girl next to me caught my fall.
As Windy commented I need soft grass around me all the time. Pretty clumsy haha

Did Power yoga 30 minutes "Balancing poses" She killed me today with really long poses holding standing split, warrior 3, half moon, rev half moon and transitioning through all these 3x before switching sides....OUCH the burn... Then some one leg one arm downward dog. Tough one.
Ran 7 miles with a friend from the Pacers pace 12:23....was chatting the whole time and stopped several times so I know I was faster than this. So humid outside so I know this slowed me down too.
I think Jeff Galloway is a guru of running and I take his advice seriously in my training. For every degree over 60F run 30 sec slower a mile. Shoot it was 80...
Everybody seems to have a bike but me. I'd love to get one, but I'm scared of cars and my city isn't bicycle friendly.
Anyhow, yesterday I walked 3.5 km with the dog in 35 min. Stopped home for a few minutes to drop off the doggie and drink some water. Then I went out again and briskly walked 11 Km.
Total distance was 14.5 Km (9 miles) @ about 15:40 pace per mile.
Thanks for the tip about the indoor trainer. It's something to think about for the future.

Not sure about that, Joberry. I think most California drivers drive really safe because they are afraid that they're going to get shot at or sued if they offend or hurt anybody. ;)
But seriously, I just agreed to buy a used mountain bike on our version of ebay here. I think I should at least be able to ride it safely around my neighborhood.
