Today: Nothing heavy-duty to report! Just lots of walking. I walked across town twice, east to west. AND! The president (Obama) drove past me. Well, he wasn't the one driving of course, but you know what I mean. ;) He & his whole parade of security drove by.
Boy, when you have adventures, you don't skimp! Glad it turned out all right in the end, and also that your riblets are back in place.

So I went to a stretch class today @ 10am. Called MyMa: http://www.mymamovement.com/movement.html
I liked it! (& really needed it).
Then tonight I will go to strength @ 5pm & then Zumba @ 6pm.
This will be my first day being back in the swing of things. Things have been a bit "off" for me since the weekend. - I over did it that Saturday & have been paying for it ever since. - When the body wants rest, it'll take it. It won't even ask. :) It'll just put you down. - So I've been laying low (very low, all the way stretched out on the floor) (*giggle*) & now I feel ready to get back up.
I did my first half-marathon today. My legs didn't die like in that 20k trail run that destroyed my left leg for 2 months..
My garmin shows 2:34.

Also did some walking, about 9 miles
Tomorow will do 10-12 miles walking and a run :)

Day 55 Core Cardio/Balance
1.5 hr hike in deep thought, then caught the last half of a local music event
Sat: at work at 6:30a at the market after a maximum of 1.5 hrs asleep made for an interesting day.
Hot on the blacktop, too what with recorded temps alone almost at triple digits
Sun: a quieter day of relative rest and time with mum and family. Day 57 in the park with Max Interval Plyo.
Must've either been overheated or dehydrated as I felt uncharacteristically ill nearing the end. Had to take a lil breather to get through. Better now though. Gotta remember: respect the desert! :)
Now go find a mom, and give her a hug! :)
