Later in the day (#41), despite feeling drained, I screwed my courage to the sticking place and untook Max Interval Plyo, 55 min. Circumstances and the location we're ideal, but despite an unplanned mini-break midstream, I got in a solid WO. Off day tom, Yay!
Just returned now from a short neighborhood walkie with mi mum.
I was on the Indian side of the Himalayas in 2001. I remember how amazing & blue Gomukh was, a glacier & the source of the Ganges river. Someone told me, "Aimee, if you go back now, it will look nothing like when you saw it. Forget about seeing it like that again."

Then off to one of my fave towns, Flagstaff, where we chilled some more, and I got in a gorgeous hour on the trails, a majority of it running.

Yesterday was a killer strength training class at the gym. Nothing fancy, just the regular moves, but I guess I'm not that strong cause it zapped me. - I was beat when it was over.
Today is just a lot of moving stuff, cleaning & running around. No gym workout today, just busy work.
A full day began early with Day 45 Max Interval Plyo, 55m.
Then off to meet some local 30badders to check out a produce warehouse for my first time. Where has this been all my life?!?
I got literally 8 full size cases of fruit (incl strawbs, pineapples, nans, mangos, melons, grapes, more than half of it organic) for under $80!!!!!!!!
One buddy said he felt like he'd won the lottery!

You might just have something similar in your parts; believe me, it's well worth any amount of researching efforts to find out. Some wholesalers don't sell to the public, but there may be one that does. Happy hunting!
Hello Marvelous Movements Mates!
Today: Another running around & errands day, but tomorrow I'm hoping to get two sessions in. (*fingers crossed*) Big session in the morning & evening. :) Zumba class & African dance class. I'm excited about them. I think I need to bow off some steam!

Haven't been doing may pullups (pronated grip has always been weaker than supinated) recently, just a few strict ones on a more regular basis.
A month or two ago, I was literally (embarrasingly) struggling with 2!! Today I cranked out 6 together then another 2 with some pauses, without letting the bar go. Still a long way to go, but I think this is respectable progress.
