Hey there Agnes, I'm always interested in what everyone is eating too!
This morning I'm probably going to have half of a large watermelon
Then I'll probably have 2 10 banana smoothies and a large salad for dinner
What are you going to eat today?
Tomorrow I will have...............
Mangoes for breakfast
Sapodilla for lunch
maybe papaya and bananas for dinner.
This all could change :) Its fun having options...
Breakfast: 2 cantaloupes blended with i/2 a honeydew melon
Lunch: 200g soaked medjool dates blended and poured over 10-12 bananas cut in chuncks
Dinner: green smoothie made from o.j., papaya, cucumber, spinach, arugala, and romaine
Slept good from a beautiful salad last night... Butter lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, (dressing) 1/2 papaya and 4 dates blended. Secret with a Salad is to dress it, wash your hand, and toss it with your hands, squeezing and loving your salad, blessing it too ;) . It reduces to half and is juicy and delicious....
Woke to hot tea with lemon. This wakes me up and get's me going. Took 3 sm/med. papayas, 1 tray ice, half a lime and blended. If you haven't blended papaya, then you haven't discovered what is CREAMIER than bananas :). Delicious and digests fast. About one hour later, got my running shoes on and went out the door. 90 smiling minutes later, i was home with a coconut waiting for me. (P.S. my workouts vary, this was a long one for me.)
Drank the coconut water and about 1L more of water. Feel Fantastic. Blended 5 beautiful ripe bananas, tray of ice, little water and cinnamon. Will sip on that for 1/2 hour or so. Little later will enjoy half-whole Honeydew melon. Da Bomb! :) Hungry again? YES!!! Either 2 cups fresh OJ or 3 med. Oranges. So satisfying!! Dinner? 1lb lettuce. (Red/Green, or Butter lettuce, or baby lettuce, iceberg, romaine, whatevs) I like to keep it very simple. Maybe one other veggie. (Tomato, sprouts, something LIGHT), next you know what do do with the dressing! Very delicious with sweet fruit/dates blended, or tomato/basil/celery/other... blended). Toss is till it's half it's size! THAT"S how you eat 1 pound of greens!
Probably not hungry after that, in fact, I try to go to bed early and not let myself get hungry! I'll wake up feeling like some more exercise!

I'd really share my eats definitely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But... am currently fasting!!
